**Review for MLM Roofing Services:**

This was the worst experience of my life dealing with roof issues. My roof was leaking, and MLM came door-to-door claiming to be a capable company. Because a few neighbors mentioned they used them, we decided to give them a shot. They were quick to sell me on the idea that I needed a new roof but failed to address the root cause or conduct a thorough inspection. They simply said, "It's the roof, we'll replace it, and the leaks will stop."

After the work was done, my roof continued leaking. I was in the process of preparing my home for sale, and thanks to MLM's subpar work, I had to deal with constant leaks during walkthroughs, open houses, and appraisals. Their so-called solution didn't fix anything, and I was left stressed out, trying to sell my house with unresolved roof problems.

Their customer service has been horrendous—unhelpful, unresponsive, and lacking accountability. I am still trying to get the issues sorted. I have no faith in MLM's work and would strongly advise anyone considering their services to stay away. Do not trust this company with your roof!

The company has responded below but I have tried to connect to discuss how they can make it right and to date nothing has been done...

Mr. Ricardo Munoz was my first contact with MLM and he was a great help, makes the whole process very easy, smooth and fast. MLM crew just finished replacing my roof and two other neighbors at the same time, they were very impressive within 6 hours they did the three Townhouses in a very professional way and they make me and my neighbors very happy, our roofs looks great. They are highly recommended.

First contact was that they accessed my mailbox and left literature in there which is a violation of the law.  Second our subdivision in Fauquier has no solicitation signs posted through out because we do not wish to be contacted or have people randomly walking through the neighborhood accessing our property.
While the company my be rated well by better business, the fact that they do not educate their employees has me concerned about their hiring practices...

Andy Loor came out to view my house and found storm damage.  He worked with my insurance’s inspector and helped get me a new roof under my existing coverage.  He made the entire process smooth.   The roofing team came out and installed my roof in two days.  I expressed my concern about cleanliness and not finding parts of my old roof for weeks to come prior to them starting.  Their foreman Diego Vargas listened and made sure my place looked great after the crew was done.  It was a great experience...
