I wanted to share my appreciation for the excellent service provided by Eddie with Conde Tech Services during his recent visit to perform routine maintenance on our HVAC system. He arrived on time and worked promptly through the necessary maintenance tasks, providing me with a full explanation at the end of the service.

I would highly recommend Conde Tech in general as my relationship with the company has been great from the get go. My first experience involved the AC going out in the late evening in the middle of a heatwave several years ago. The owner himself came out to fix the issue at 2:00 a.m. and our then-very old system was back up and running like new after he worked his magic.

When that system finally gave up the ghost, we looked to Conde Tech for a replacement and while replacing a major home appliance is never fun, they made the process as painless as possible.

Their technicians have been universally friendly and helpful, providing clear explanations to any questions I've had in layman's terms, and going above and beyond in customer service.

They have earned my trust, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great HVAC company.  They also provide electrical and plumbing services!
