I can’t say enough about the experience and professional service we get every time we call this company! They always have good communication, very efficient work and always top quality. If I call a licensed plumber I want them to have insurance I’ve had a flooded home before with so called contractors and it’s a nightmare.
There aren’t many left but glad I found a good plumbing company...

I've worked with Cherry Blossom Plumbing multiple times and I have been pleased each and every time.   Here is a run down of recent work I've had completed recently.

Apr 25:   Today AJ came by to do the annual safety inspection.   He was quick and efficient and everything checked out great.   Since I had him here I also had him fix a number of sinks around the house that had bad cartridges, along with a bathroom sink that had a bad faucet and handle that was rusting out and kept spraying rust particles all over my sink.   AJ helped me pick out a nice faucet and handle set within my budget that will stop the rust problem from happening again and was super fast at replacing all of the broken cartridges around my house.     The price was reasonable and he did great work.   I would recommend.

Mar 8:  Johnny from Cherry Blossom Plumbing was very efficient and helpful.   I had been working with the water company to troubleshoot and isolate a non-visible leak that was causing my water bills to skyrocket.   I already knew my toilets were to blame because the water company had shown me how to check for a problem, but having Cherry Blossom show up to double check my entire house was great, because not only were we able to confirm the toilets were the problem, I was educated on what was causing the problem and what to look for going forward.   I was given three option choices (low to high) and ended up going with the high option which was to remove and replace all of the toilets.   I could have saved money, but in this situation my equipment was old and I figured I'd just be doing it again if I didn't do it right.   Once I had made my decision, Johnny offered to do the work same day, and was able to pick up all of the supplies including the new toilets.   I could have customized my order any way I wanted and I could have had him purchase a different toilet, but the options he had in stock were of high quality, so I didn't need to spend my time looking around for other options.   Once the job was committed, Johnny then spent several tireless hours diligently removing and replacing everything.   I live in a three story house, and he was lugging heavy equipment up and down the stairs without a single complaint.   He even answered any questions that my kids had.   After he was finished, he inspected everything and cleaned up his work area.   Everything is working great and I'm very pleased with the results.  Cherry Blossom Plumbing made my plumbing experience very easy and painless.   It turned a bad day into a good day.   I highly recommend them...

I was skeptical about choosing a plumber after my nightmare plumbing experience a long time ago with a different company. I wanted a plumber to not charge me to let me know what was wrong, but the helpful representative informed me that some companies will schedule the diagnosis for free and then overprice their work to make up for it, and usually if it's low cost, it's low quality.. I was hard headed and trying to save a buck, so I actually did schedule with someone else originally. I immediately thought of Cherry Blossom Plumbing when they informed me that some companies will quote you one price and then change the price when they get to your home. That EXACT thing happened to me. I asked them to immediately leave my property, and I called Cherry Blossom plumbing back and scheduled. Not only did they have availability for me on the day i called, their Plumber, Johnny, was extremely professional. He explained things to me in a way that I could understand. The reasoning behind the work he was recommending. He did not charge me for the estimates like the other company tried to do, and within no time, we had several plumbing tasks accomplished and our tankless water heater installed that we couldn't wait to have installed. They had such a convenient finance option for me, and let me tell you, the work that Johnny did was beautiful, he made no mess, or if he did, he cleaned up after himself, and left everything looking absolutely amazing, working better than ever. do I recommend them? Unequivocally YES! Best Plumbing company I have ever used, and that's hard to find these days...

Johnny did beautiful work and took great efforts not to track in anything from the outside and keep us safe from COVID. I appreciate the use of ProPress fittings for copper lines over soldering the joints like in the old days. He got the job done fairly quickly, but never acted rushed. Cherry Blossom also has a longer warranty than most plumbers I've used (3 years).

The price I paid is almost double the quote I got for the same work three years ago from another company, but with supply chain issues and labor in short supply, I was happy to just get the work done on the first shot after having a hard time even getting a call back from other services. I am sure their price would be much higher today at the place that did the original estimate. I did not call them because their best plumber retired and I had problems with one of their other guys.

Work performed was replacing the main water line shutoff on a 1960s home that was leaking a bit.

UPDATE 2024: Had Johnny back for a clogged kitchen sink. The drain as installed by the other firm mentioned above did not have proper slope in several places. Cherry Blossom reworked it with minimal visible changes in the cabinet and it drains much faster than before and should be harder to clog. Previous reconfiguration was better than when I moved in, so this is probably by far the best it's ever been...
