We received a referral for the Pipe Doctor from a neighbor. Owen came out as scheduled to address our non-working water heater.  He  was able to adjust his schedule to pick up and install the water heater that day.  Did a great job explaining what was needed and why, and completing the job quickly.  While here, he took a look at a couple of smaller plumbing issues we had.  Would definitely recommend and reuse the Pipe Doctor...
