Ethan & Amber are amazing!!! Gage was a great tech also!!! Shawn is amazing also!!! We love True Pros service!!!

Edit: I have had an amazing experience and they are great with prices and labor!!! Ethan and Amber installed and fix the A/C unit coils and made house feel amazing!!! Gage was nice and great tech he shows you photos of dirt and what he would recommend and how much time he gives it before he recommends it's gonna go out!!! Shawn really understands the products and gives great options and feedback. He will let you know that yes the whole kit is $4,700 but shares if he thinks it's gonna last 3 years or if he has seen lots of repairs on the brand!!! They really are affordable, honest and great working staff!!! 5 🌟 to True Pros!!...

I typically do my own home repairs, but recently had an AC issue that would require specialized tools and qualifications. I found True Pros website and after reading Katie’s (The owner) message I scheduled an appointment. Go to their website, read what she says and then believe it. Katie is building a business based on high quality workmanship, fair pricing and putting the customer first. They took great care of me, and will take great care of you.

We have had nothing but good experiences with True Pros since they replaced our AC and furnace last year. They did a great job explaining our options and gave us a great, competitive price for our whole-system replacement. They also helped us get multiple rebates on our new heat pump and furnace to bring down the price further.

We have found True Pros easy to get ahold of, the techs are sent out quickly, and everyone we have spoken to and worked with has been knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.
