This is the second time we have worked with Floors for Living at two different locations. Both times it was a great experience. This most recent visit was to the New Territory in Sugar Land. Sam Bell was our sales person and he was patient and very helpful. There was no pressure just gave me a ton of help picking out a Porcelain tile. The install went very smoothly. I had a couple of concerns and contacted Sam and he assured me he would make sure the project was finished to my satisfaction.  The install team was very nice and efficient. I can’t say enough about how pleased I am with the whole process. I highly recommend Floors for Living for carpet or tile as these are the two items purchased from them...

Bob was great, very knowledgeable and was able to find us a good deal on carpet install. We bought from Floors For Living in the past and loved their service, so this time was a no brainer to go back again. Installers were on time, worked efficiently, and very also very kind. After checking out various vinyl flooring outfits, went with "Floors for Living -- FL" to replace recently installed vinyl floors that were buckling. FL sent a team who were professional, knew what they were doing. They performed the job as if it was their own home. We dealt with Bob Cook who was always pleasant, reachable, and very upfront. FL gave a life time warranty to take care of any problems with flooring - something unheard of in the service industry today.
