Red Star did a great job installing a new furnace and A/C unit.  They scheduled the install and followup promptly and the entire team did a great job.  Kudos to Lee today who did reattached the trim to the attic entry and caulked everything and took the extra step to staple up some insulation batting that qas sagging in the attic.  I would definitely recommend Red Star to friends...

Scheduling was easy.  Got an appointment next day.  The Tech, Robert, was on time friendly, informative and efficient.  He had the replacement parts on the truck and fixed the issue quickly.  I just wish the price was more reasonable.  $25 part (at most), 1 hour of labor at $75 should be $100...maybe $150...not $300...
