I called to report it and how it appeared the workers have apparently never put trim on before or used wood filler, and was told the manager of the salesperson who came to our home would call me back. That was weeks ago and no one has, so beware the poor quality and poor customer service...

Thank you so much Nathan for helping our family get the flooring we have been putting off for so long!

The floor installers that were assigned to us worked so fast to remove the old tile/carpet and their expertise really showed!
