I use Airsimplicity for our business and find them to be efficient, prompt, reliable and professional. I know that their prices can be hirer than other air conditioning companies but I'm a firm believer in you get what you pay for most of the time. I do know that when I call Michelle depending on the time of the day, I will have a Tech here in a reasonable amount of time and they will work until the problem gets resolved unless parts have to be ordered...

Had Air Simplicity do my install a couple years ago and I am still under my 10 year warranty for parts. I had a capacitor replaced recently and incurred a $99 service call fee for coming out to diagnose the problem. The tech had to add some freon and a dye to see if I had a leak and then scheduled a return "follow up" to see if I indeed had a leak and charged me another $99 service fee for following up from the previous call. These guys will nickel and dime you for these service fees to come out and diagnose your units so be careful! I won't mention the competitors but they do NOT charge a service fee if you let them do the work like Air Simplicity has done to me... Not only did Air Simplicity charge me $667 last week, they charged me another $99 this week for something that is warranty related so read up on your warranty coverages for parts because LABOR is NOT under warranty. This is where they get ya at... I am not a satisfied customer and will not use Air Simplicity in the future...

Air Simplicity is the only AC company that I will go to.  They treat you right, they make recommendations without pushing sales.  They truly put service first.  I have been using Air Simplicity for all my AC services for more than 10 years now...
