We got carpets ripped up in 3 bedrooms upstairs and had luxury vinyl put down. The team was SO fast! Had it done in under 4-5 hours and the floors look amazing! So thankful for floors for living! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM FLOORS FOR LIVING.
DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, AND GO ANYWHERE ELSE.
Our flooring, every bit of the traffic areas, the ends are breaking, and the floor isn't even 2 years old. All the seams are falling apart, brittle.
Floors for living has promised to fix everything, and come up with a solution, and they have failed at every turn.
They have been to the house several times, made numerous phone calls, even set a date to replace, to which they did not attempt to. They promised to make it good, make me happy. Obviously I am not.
Actually, we ordered an upgrade originally, which I don't believe we got, especially since I had to pick up our materials somewhere in Houston, just to have it here for the installers. I wasn't even allowed to see our materials when I picked them up because I couldn't get out of my vehicle on their premise.
Anyway hopefully you can see by the pictures how bad everything is.
Floors for living will not do anything to fix it, except install transitions in the doorways, which by the way, they still owe me.
FFL you can say all day long how you didn't install it, however I have been a flooring installer for 26 years. You are not dealing with an idiot.
You now refuse to help. By the way, this stuff is defective. No reason for it to crack like this unless I'm wrestling elephants in the house, which I am not.
Anyway, I hope people are aware of how well you Stand by your product...

I would 100% recommend Floors for living for any flooring project! This was our 2nd house that we have used them for, both times Norman was our point of contact he always made the process so easy & flawless from start to finish. There was never any pressure from him. He was always very prompt and knowledgeable. We will definitely be using him for any future projects...
