a.k.a. Roof Fraud: Avoid at All Costs

If you value your home and your sanity, steer clear of this company. Their entire business model seems to revolve around making grand promises, pressuring you to sign up for their “services,” and then delivering the absolute bare minimum—if that. Accountability? Forget it. Once they have your money, you’re on your own.

We were told we’d receive a “thorough and detailed” inspection for annual roof maintenance. What a joke. The proposal they gave us was full of urgent-sounding recommendations, including re-sealing areas that were already perfectly fine. Against our better judgment, we agreed. The crew showed up and was gone in less than 40 minutes—if they were here even that long. At the extortionate rates they charge, that’s about $150-200 for every ten minutes of “work.”

Fast forward two months: we’re dealing with significant water damage in areas their so-called inspection completely missed. When confronted, the company suddenly claims we told them not to do a full inspection—an outright lie and a pathetic attempt to dodge responsibility.

Do yourself a favor: run, don’t walk, away from this sham of a business. And whatever you do, avoid Kevin. This company isn’t just incompetent; they’re a borderline scam. You’ve been warned...
