Gustavo was a breath of fresh air compared to other roofing sales reps. He never once used high-pressure tactics or tried to upsell me on unnecessary services. Instead, he took the time to thoroughly inspect my roof, explained the hail damage in detail, and provided a transparent, fair estimate. His honesty and patience made me feel confident in choosing SPYDER Roofing from the start.

During the roof replacement, they discovered rotten decking boards and a problematic area behind the chimney where water had been collecting due to poor design. Instead of cutting corners or charging me extra, they replaced the damaged wood and even built a small A-frame platform behind the chimney to prevent future water pooling—at no additional cost! Gustavo told me, "This is the right way to do it, and we stand by our work." That level of integrity is rare.

The crew arrived at 6 AM sharp, with 10-12 highly skilled workers who immediately got to work with impressive efficiency. They were polite, professional, and meticulous—not a single detail was overlooked.
