Daniel was very responsive and responsible.  I am not the easiest person to work with: I needed to schedule work around tenants and guests, and I have disabilities that affect my ability to meet in person, which Daniel preferred. I think most people would prefer meeting in person, so honestly that’s a good thing.  Daniel also had to work around removal of solar panels and then reinstall them after roofing was completed.
I love the way my new roof looks!  And my neighbors love it too.  We all had to replace our roofs after we were hit, and hit hard by the biggest hail stones I have ever seen!  Some also had an unusual shape, like Saturn, so see why they caused so much damage!  Everyone has monochrome shingles but me.  Mine are a wonderful mix of greens and terracotta colors-very nice.  They are also not: very light which can show stains, or dark which absorb heat.
The color selection was great, and the shingles themselves were very high quality.
Daniel’s bid was a good value, especially considering the scheduling and solar challenges I had.
Daniel is a very nice person to deal with also.  I couldn’t understand some of breakdowns I received in estimates I got from the adjuster and Daniel helped me with the supplement he submitted to the carrier for requirements under Austin’s building and solar codes.
I would definitely recommend Greater Austin Roofing for our next freakish hail storm!  And they will come...

Hail Storm 2023.  Everyone in the my neighborhood was hit hard.  Reached out to several companies to get the ball rolling for our roof repair.  Most didn’t return calls or missed appointments. We are happy they did because of the few that did, we went with Greater Austin Roofing because of the professional impression their field rep. Daniel made on us! He was timely, prepared and ready with the info we needed to get our roof repaired.  AGR was able to give us the best pricing because of Daniel’s experience working with insurance appraisers and companies.  Work was scheduled and completed on day we were scheduled and we are very happy with our new roof!  After the job was done, Daniel continued great customer service by tying all loose ends. If your roof needs repairing, give this local Austin company a try. They won’t disappoint...
