The difference to our house is night and day.  Our old siding was literally rotting off with birds and squirrels making the situation worse.  Austin Pro did an awesome job installing the new hardy siding and were beyond patient with us as we went back and forth on paint colors.  The end result is everyone in the neighborhood has been commenting on how great our house looks now, and my wife and I feel much more secure that critters aren't taking up residence in our walls and attic.
