CR3 put on a brand new metal roof on our 4 year old house that the original contractor did a horrendous job on! From the first phone call to CR3 to the finish product, this company is a trustworthy 5-Star contractor! The salesman, Paul, is by far superior in his communication skills and knowledge of roofing than any other contractor we've ever dealt with in state of Tennessee. He always kept us apprised of how and when things would happen. Paul also answered all our questions immediately via telephone calls and/or texts! After signing our work order contract via the internet, the owner of the company, Joe, visited our residence and also explained the complete process to my wife and I.
