After serving the Macon Georgia market or 25 years, he expanded to the Augusta Ga area with his oldest son, Bubba Crosby in 2012.   In 2014, Collen Crosby opened the doors in Columbia SC and have now been operating with the same core values and craftsmanship ever since.

I’m incredibly satisfied with my new roof that was installed. Everyone was very helpful and informative. They are also very tidy. I was expecting the roof install and repair work to my soffits, eaves and fascia to take a couple days. I was shocked that it only took a couple hours. They kept me informed during the entire process. I highly recommend Crosby. They’re the best. I took the pictures immediately after they finished, as I was excited to send pictures to my friends and family...

I’m extremely happy with the work done on my roof and my gutter install!

I had two smallish holes in my roof, wind damaged shingles, and some other stuff going on up there which is why I initially sent a message to Crosby on their website (in true gen z fashion, I loved that I didn’t have to make a phone call). They were quick to make me an appointment.

Cole came out to the house, he was punctual, he got up on the roof, walked me through everything going on and what they’d do to fix it. He then sent me the estimate and a contract to look over before he even left the property, whereas other companies either never sent me the estimate/quote or didn’t send one until a day or two later. Unlike other companies I had come out before him, he sent me the photos of the roof damage (first four attached photos) and sketch for the gutters without me even having to ask. Best of all the turn around time from the estimate to repair/installation was very quick (if I remember correctly he came out on a Thursday and I could make the appointment as soon as Monday morning).

I didn’t have to miss work to be at the house for crosby to repair the roof, and based on my ring camera, the guys only took 1.5 hours for the roof repairs and gutter installs on front and back of the house. Once finished, they sent photos of everything they did (last 5 photos attached, includes showing how they repaired and the finished product) and someone even called to make sure I was happy with the work!

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you Crosby, Cole, and everyone else that made the process so easy...

The gutter team was on time, got right to work and got the job done quickly. The job looks to have done right, the gutter size looks to have been sized appropriately, and splash guards are where I would expect to see them. Everything looks great! Excellent job guys!

They were also very responsive after the hurricane to fix a small section of flashing. Couldn't thank them enough...

I had a damaged boot that needed replacement on my roof. Dealing with Crosby Roofing was super smooth and easy. Even though there were a lot of folks needing repair after hurricane Helene, they were able to schedule a check/quote appointment within 2 weeks of my call. The appointment went well and the way the quote is displayed to you, leaves no doubt as to what you are getting and the cost. The repair was fast and everything is working out great! I really enjoyed the fact that pictures of the repair are sent to your email, together with the warranty specifics...
