Integrity coupled with excellence customer service is a must for me - it still exists! I spoke with a wonderful lady by the name of Amanda concerning re-setting toilets due to a flooring project. Because I was not positive on a few of her great detailed and necessary questions, Amanda went about and beyond by reaching out to my flooring company to gather the necessary details to ensure things will be performed smoothly and correct the first time (oh how I truly appreciate that)!!
