Referred from Home Depot for an outdoor decorative shutter replacement job. Staff promptly followed up when no one else did (and still haven't). They sourced the shutters we needed, provided an accurate and fair estimate, ordered the materials, and completed the installation all within 3 weeks which I thought was outstanding.
