Still waiting for Modern Roofing to finish their work and make right the damage they caused to my property.
Not sure if they bit off more than they could chew with the recent hail storm but I've been far from impressed. I've had to contact the local manager and the regional office.
Roof was to be installed June 26. There was issues with installation and damage to my property. Still waiting for Modern Roofing to make this right.
Gutters and window wraps were to be replaced. The wrong gutters were replaced. Still waiting for the right ones to be repaired.
Window wrap still not done.
They also did not tarp my property or protect my property as promised...

I recently had my roof replaced by Modern Roofing, and I couldn't be more pleased with Marlon Waters outstanding customer service. From the initial consultation to the final inspection, every interaction was professional and friendly. He was incredibly responsive, always available to answer my questions and provide updates on the project's progress.

The installation was super fast and had great clean up.

Overall, Modern Roofing exceeded my expectations in every way. If you're looking for a reliable roofing company that prioritizes excellent customer service, I highly recommend them...

I am extremely pleased with Modern Roofing LLC.  The workmanship and efficiency of the job was excellent!  They were very attentive to my needs and details, ensuring that the finished product was precisely as I wanted.  They actually went beyond my expectations.  Their staff followed up the next day to make sure I was satisfied and check for any more debris/nails that may have been missed.  Marlon was outstanding to work with.  He was extremely professional, personable and knowledgeable.  Communication was exceptional.  I was always able to reach him by phone or text whenever necessary.  His #1 concern was that I was able to get the quality roof I wanted.  Their office personnel was also exceptional.  Very polite, friendly and cordial.  I would definitely recommend Modern Roofing LLC...

My home was damaged in a hail storm a few months ago and I have been trying to find a good company to fix damages and work with my insurance company. I have went through 3 different companies that did not work out or simply did not reach back out to me after getting an estimate. About two days ago I contacted Modern Roofing and Marlon came out and answered all my questions/concerns, he was very informative and thorough. And have been in contact with me through this process and we have gotten so far! Buddy was also very nice and informative of what to expect. I am looking forward to them fixing my home and will be sure to leave another review once they finish the process. I am confident this will be a positive experience as their customer service is wonderful...
