Simple, efficient, practical, and professional. He gave an estimated time of arrival between 2-3pm, and I figured great, another "block of time" schedule type company that would maybe show up 2 hours later.  He showed up at 2:14pm and got right to work.

He answered all my questions in an easy to understand and non-rushed manner while he was working.  He removed our old heater and installed a new 40 gallon hot water heater in roughly an hour.

I'll definitely be using their services again...

Great experience.  David was great to work with, on the phone and then in person.  Came out and replaced our old water heater with a new one and recirculating pump and did a great job with installation and clean up.  While we did not go with a tankless water heater his price for that was well below what the big plumbing/HVAC shops gave as an estimate...
