We are so grateful for Monarch. Hurricane Matthew 2016 caused us to need a new roof. Monarch did an amazing job with personnel, professionalism and warranty at the top of the list. Any time we have a concern they respond promptly every time! And yesterday Joe Riddle arrived at his scheduled time, with his friendly, reassuring professionalism and repaired the damage as well as doing an all over inspection.

*** UPDATE AS OF 10/30/2024***

First, I need to say, HOLEY MOLEY!! What a great experience I had with 'Dan the Man' (Site Supervisor for my home) and his entire crew!!

From the moment the team and materials arrived, the entire project just flowed seamlessly!

Dan gave me an approximate completion time.  I was amazed how the team worked tirelessly and completed everything 45 minutes early!!  That includes clean-up, and making sure they left my property clean and free of any debris.

Dan is professional, friendly and very detailed.  He kept in touch throughout the day, along with sending me a link that showed me photos of the progression of the project. THAT was pretty cool!!

Even my neighbors commented how impressed they were, too!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Monarch Roofing for your next roofing project.

Yesterday I had a great conversation with Eric, about possible damage of my roof from the last Tropical storm.  He listened to my concerns and was able to set up an appointment for this morning!

Andrew got in touch with me on his eta. Upon arrival, he looked at the area and climbed into the attic. He later inspected the entire roof of my 2-story home.  He took photos and video of various areas of concern.

Needless to say, I feel Eric and Andrew went over and beyond anything I could hope for.  They are both very thorough, professional, and detailed oriented.

Now I have a peace of mind that going with Monarch is the right decision...

When tropical storm Debby hit today our roof started leaking. I contacted Monarch based on their great reviews and within less than 30 min Eric contacted me to offer their assistance. One hour later Andrew a Project Manager was on our roof (in the rain!) evaluating the situation and doing a temporary repair. We will definitely be using them for the permeant fix. Thanks guys for your stellar customer service!

UPDATE 10/21/24... Andrew from Monarch came back and did a full inspection of the roof. His conclusion was that it should be replaced, and we decided to take his advice and replace the roof.

Throughout the process Monarch was great at keeping us updated and answering our questions.

When the day came to replace the roof, the team of Alex, Caden, Oscar, Fernando, and Jordan were fantastic! They kept us updated on the progress of the day not only by staying on the job site but by uploading pictures to a link that we could see.

Everyone was very professional and took the time to make sure the job was done right. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends or family.
