We are now the proud owners of a beautiful new roof by Patriot Roofing of N. Charleston SC. Our experience with this company was professional and  showed outstanding expertise! Lucky Bailey was our personal liaison on our  roofing job. Being knowledgeable about the business and pleasant to work with, he was always available to answer any questions that we had. Spencer Babs, one of the owners, was very accommodating and willingly provided us with our requests for paperwork that we felt we needed to see. The on- site supervisor was readily available on the day of the actual roofing , to include being up on the roof during the process! The roofing crew was competent and obviously knew what they were doing. The crew worked from dawn until into darkness during hot weather to make sure everything was done  to excellent standards. As senior citizens and the only owners of our 36 year old home, we greatly appreciate Patriot Roofing for the secure and structural knowledge on how a roof can keep our house safe as well as meet today’s stringent standards of excellence! Job well done...

My wife and I recently had a leak in the roof of our house. I placed a call to Patriot Roofing because I wanted to do business with a company owned by a veteran. Lucky and Sean arrived ahead of appointment time. Lucky gave me the plan and executed it. They found the leak and fixed it. I am extremely impressed with their professionalism and work. They are straight forward and honest. I can’t thank them enough.

Title: Exceptional Service, Highly Recommend!

I recently had Patriot Roofing come out to put new rain collars on my pipe boots and caulk exposed nails. Spencer did an outstanding job and went above and beyond to ensure everything was done with precision and care. The pictures he provided showed the attention to detail and quality of workmanship.
