We had some fairly significant roof damage from a hailstorm and were offered a free inspection by Delta Roofing. We were beyond impressed with Gaston Rodriguez’s professionalism from start to finish. Because of his awesome communication, quick response time and constant availability, we never felt lost during the entire process. He explained everything in great detail, answered all our questions, and most importantly, he eased our anxiety about the entire claims process. He even sat with us for support during that phone call to USAA to file our claim and then worked directly with their  adjuster when he came to inspect our damage and determine if a full roof replacement was in order. Furthermore, Gaston ensured that we received upgraded,high quality, architectural materials, rather than the standard 3tab shingles that were proposed in the insurance company’s quote.
He followed through and delivered on every aspect promised in our contract.
The day of installation, his crew showed up and began working at the exact time he advised.
They were extremely hard working. We were actually quite mesmerized with the efficiency and teamwork they displayed, but most importantly they did an excellent job. Their lead installer, Julio was a master of his trade and was very friendly and proactive to keep everything running like a fine-oiled machine. The carpenter repairing the rotten wood and fascia was so fast, yet precise, we were so impressed. They even completely covered our fishpond, and garden, making sure no debris got in. Clean up was immaculate and what's more, the whole process took 1 day! We couldn’t believe our eyes. Mauricio, our project manager made sure we were 100% satisfied with a walk around and needless to say our new roof is beautiful. A huge improvement and our property value just increased by far.

Best decision I made was using Delta Roofing for my new roof replacement. It all started with the positive attitude of Jimmy Serrano. He was knowledgeable, explained everything in detail and also answered all my wild questions. Richard was available to take my calls and worked with me and Hilton Head solar for my solar panels. Richard was great and coordinating everything. Henry was the on site manager and communicated with me throughout the process.. Thank you very much for all parties that were involved. I truly appreciate your hard work.

Delta Roofing did a fantastic job on the replacement of our new roof.   Such professionals from start to finish.  They met with our insurance adjuster and explained to us their process of in securing approvals.  They did all the scheduling a d were on time as promised.  At the end of the day the crew cleaned up every day.  Between emails and phone calls we always knew status of our roof progress.  Well done!...
