Review is a few weeks after the service.  Cole came by and looked at the backed up main sewer after hours.  He discussed the plumbing in detail with me and we looked at everything that has been done over the years on my near 100 year old house.  He was extremely knowledgeable and came back the next day to execute what we had discussed.  Once he dug down in the front yard we had a few surprises along the repair.
