They arrived at the time they said they would be here. Michael o’Shields was very polite and very precise on the way he fixed my outside faucet. He made sure everything was working properly before he left. I will be using them again. They even gave us a Military Discount on John as he is a disabled veteran.

My first two services with 1-Tom have been excellent. They got technicians out to me the following day at both services. I have tenets in my unit now and live a few hours away, and it was so easy to send out technicians by booking online. The first time Dominick serviced us and most recently Willie came out to diagnose an issue. Both technicians were so friendly and polite. My issues were resolved immediately both times. I also appreciate that they send a photo of the technician before they arrive, which made my tenants feel more comfortable. I have been recommending 1-Tom to my neighbors...
