I called Midlands roofing after having serious issues with another roofing company. This company change the shingles twice to a repair job and kept getting worse each time with the shingle color. I received an invoice from Midlands that included the work done by the prior company as well as multiple other items to be fixed and it was $5 cheaper than the other company. The day Midlands was scheduled to come out, the owner Chris called me to update me the exact tome the crew would arrive. When the guys got there they got to work. When they left they had everything picked up and cleaned up. With the other company the gentleman left nails all in my driveway and my daughter and I both had to get tires fixed! When the Midlands crew was done, Chris called me again to check and make sure I was happy with the repairs. They were able to match the shingles almost exactly! VERY happy with the service and job done by Midlands roofing! Thank you Chris you have fixed the eye sore that was my roof! I’ve attached pictures from Midlands and the colors placed by the other company. I will never call another roofing company again! The first photo is the color Chris placed. Had Midlands build a storage building onsite. Awesome experience! Chris’ guys worked fast and efficiently. They were here at 7 every morning and stayed into dark every night to meet the agreed completion date. The building looks beautiful and is even more than I thought I was going to get. I would 100% work with them again and I have already recommended them to friends and co-workers...

Chris, the owner, and his team did an outstanding job on the 16’x27’ roof over our back patio. It had to be tied into two rooflines, the main house and the sunroom. It looks like it’s always been part of the house. They also replaced some windows and repaired some rot under the windows in the existing sunroom. Chris’s team was detailed, strove for perfection and went above and beyond what we expected. Chris listened to what our vision was and met it perfectly. He was responsive to phone calls, emails and texts, which in our experience, is hard to come by. I would hire Midlands Roofing & Exteriors again in a heartbeat and highly recommend them...

Midlands Roofing  put a beautiful roof on for me last year. Well yesterday I went into my walk-in closet and it was covered in water. I called Chris in a panic because I also have new floors put in throughout my home. I was afraid that my new roof had a leak. Chris sent one of his employees right on over to verify it was not my roof but the drip pan in my attic under my air handler overflowed. I really appreciate Midlands Roofing working me in to address my concerns...
