First time using Purpose Plumbing.  We had a semi-emergency and they moved us to the top of the list and were at our house within an hour of me calling.  The 2 guys were super nice and took are of business in under 45 minutes.  Would definitely use them again.  Very happy with the service...

Beware!!!! BEWARE!!! Beware!!!

I had 3 companies come out and provide quotes on a plumbing job as I prepared to have countertops relaced in a home.  Purpose plumbing was the only company that charged me ($49) for providing a quote.   The charge itself was not a problem, but the $49 charge did not come up until after the quote was prepared.  During the initial conversation (to schedule the home visit for the estimate) I was not told about any charges.  To be fair, maybe I should have asked whether the estimate was free, but since the other 2 companies provided free estimates, I assumed that this might be a standard practice.  When I called Purpose Plumbing to discuss this $49 surprise gift 🎁 that they gave me, there was no understanding on their end.  They only asked 'how do you want to pay the $49.'  Regarding prices for the plumbing job, I ended up saving about $900 by going with another plumbing company.  Well, maybe actually $850 if you consider the $49 surprise gift that Purpose Plumbing gave me.

On a positive note:  John, the guy that came to the home for the estimate, was very nice and knowledgeable.

Lessons Learned: Shop around and definitely ask about all charges BEFORE services are performed!  Otherwise you may also get an early, unwanted Christmas gift 🎁 !!...

I would like to commend Nick and his assistant who came to my 90-year old dad’s aid after getting a ridiculous quote for $621 yesterday from another plumber. Feeling abused, my dad dismissed them.

The Purpose guys came in today, assessed the situation, determined my dad had installed a part backwards, fixed it, then charged us nothing!!!

Proving that honest, decent people exist.
