Exceptional service and communication from both the office and technician. I have a mini-split in my woodshop that stopped working, I build custom cabinets for a living. Long story short I was left high and dry by another local company that came out and didn't care to finish the job. Unfortunately, this is not the first time this has happened to me either. My experience with One Hour was the exact opposite. They responded promptly, kept me informed when the tech would be there, and did what they said they would. My technician George was no different. Professional, knowledgeable, and got the job is done. Honestly, It's refreshing to get service nowadays...

Tim was absolutely amazing! He was honest and charismatic. He went above and beyond us to help with our quote and the miscellaneous things in our house like a vent being turned the wrong way and a temp fix for our AC while we wait for new system. You can tell he is extremely passionate about what he does and his main focus is to help people, not just sell you whatever he can. Aside from that, the prices are the most affordable my husband and I have seen! Would 100% recommend this company...

Tim was my technician this morning and did a great job explaining why my AC was not running properly, He took the time to show me pictures and physically show me the where the problem was occurring.
