After interviewing 4 roofing contractors, we decided to contract with Henderson Roofing.  We are certainly glad we did!  We had our initial meeting with Ben who was quite knowledgeable of the different products.  He showed us samples and explained the pros and cons of each.

We were given an install date and the crew showed up early in the morning.  They were very diligent in installing our new roof.  They worked extremely well together and never stopped except for a lunch break.  It's amazing to think that the 8 member crew were able to strip off our old shingles and install 34 squares of new shingles in one day! What's even more remarkable was that they took great care to protect our shrubs and upon completion of the job, not a single nail could be found in the driveway or lawn. Their cleanup was second to none!

Kevin supervised the job and kept us well informed as to the progress during the day.  He made several trips back here to check on the progress and answered any questions we had. Both Kevin and Ben were wonderful to work with.

All in all, we had a great experience with Henderson roofing. Only one issue of note was that we felt that the dumpster and portable toilet were left here for too long after the job was completed.

We greatly appreciate the job Henderson Roofing did!  The job was well done and their "extra mile" warranty gives us a good piece of mind!

I wanted to have a good experience with Henderson roofing but it didn’t work out that way. Terrible communication regarding when the work is getting done, left nails in the driveway causing three flats tires, and when they found rot in my facia/soffits- they left it. This, despite replacing another portion of the old wood gutters. I don’t understand why, you would cover it instead of fixing it and earning more money. It was a frustrating process. There were some highlights like working with Ben T., the roof portion of the project is beautiful, and the delightful ladies that took my calls. -Collee...

I had the best experience with Henderson Roofing!  From the initial phone call, to the inspection, to the scheduling to the day of -- everyone was so professional.  They have amazing customer service - something I feel has been lacking lately.  One day roof installation, and the team was here for almost 12 hours -- cleaning as they installed.
