Kat, our Designer, was a ray of sunshine. From the moment she arrived in our home, she was easy to talk to, and listened carefully to our wishes. Kat has a Design Degree, and that was important to us. Equally important was learning that RIHI is a family business and has been operating for 75 years. The company has an A+ BB rating (I checked up on that). We are excited that RIHI will take care of everything from demolition to the finished project. Mike was precise, knowledgeable and helpful.  He did a CAD mock-up of our proposed kitchen right then and there, which made the project visual. We excited to get started...
