Chad, Steve, Jose, Allison and their team from RoofMasters did the repairs in a highly professional and efficient way. The communication with this company was outstanding. They explained everything that needed to be done and answered all questions in a way that eased our stress about the process. From the onset of contacting them, diagnosing the issues, the roof repair, creating a roof access for us and finishing with water damage repairs each step in the process was met with positivity and a sense of collaboration. We recently had our roof replaced by RoofMasters, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. They were quick to get started, punctual, and incredibly professional from start to finish. Their team demonstrated a strong work ethic and was very thorough in their approach.

During the project, a few unexpected issues were discovered, including rotten wooden trim, incorrect window flashing, and an improperly pitched gutter. RoofMasters handled these repairs with care and ensured that everything was fixed to the highest standard.
