Eric L was amazing Nick was also amazing and so Kyle Freitas was absolutely great they knew everything and were so fast!. He took his shoes off when he came in the house. He respected my entire property. He was amazing with the gas lines. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and he did everything he could to make us feel comfortable and happy with what we purchased I would recommend him to everyone and anyone I actually already recommended my neighbor to him. My neighbor wants your services now he should be calling you shortly. Incredible company.
I had two whole house central AC units replaced (19 yrs old) and their team and other parts of the company (Plumbling, electrical, etc.) worked together to do an unbelieable installation in very hot conditions. Unprofessional workers, rude and not on time. Had them out to fill my AC with freon and was told they checked for a leak and it was working perfectly per GEM technician. A week later all the Freon is gone and the condenser was found to be defective. Left dirty boot prints all over my apartment both times they came. How about teaching your technicians some basic common decency to wipe their feet on the doormat...

This was my first experience with GEM.  I am so impressed with my new outside AC unit. It is super quiet and very easy to operate.  They put a sensor in the bedroom to regulate the temperature difference so it will always be comfortable.  From the Salesperson, Ryan, to the technicians, Kevin and Ethan I would recommend them to anyone needing a new heating  or ac system.  Great team work from everyone.
P.S.  They had a Supervisor at my home to make sure everything was going well. Can’t find that in a lot of companies.  �...
