The two gentlemen who cleaned my carpets(I'm sorry I don't recall their names) did an excellent job and took the time to remove stubborn stains from the carpet in the family room. Today (thanks to them) the carpets they cleaned look like new. Both were professional and personable and kept me updated on their progress.
