Very dishonest company. Takes advantage of people. Stated they filed a Lis Pendense forms with court system if you back out or you have to buy them out. They were paid a buy out fee and never filled forms with the court system as they stated once we sold the house. They were paid a buy out fee on false pretense. I would definitely not recommend them for sure. At first, they seem like they know what they're doing very nice and pleasant, but after about 2 weeks, I never received another phone call like I had dropped off the Earth. So I ended up contacting them and telling them I no longer want to use their services. Not the type of people I would work with ever again...

I am immensely impressed with Honest Home Solutions. Not only do they buy homes to make them beautiful again, but they go above and beyond to help each homeowner to find solutions. If a homeowner is in a difficult position financially, or physically, Honest Home Solutions will do whatever they can possible, to take any and all stress off the homeowner.
