Bridge City Sewers replaced all of the drains and the toilet in the upstairs bathroom of our 1940s home and I could not be happier with the quality of the work.

The owner, Scott, quickly replied to my message and we scheduled a consultation. When it was time to perform the work his technicians arrived on time and were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.

They quickly identified the issue, removed and replaced the entire drain system from toilet, sink, and tub, as well as installed a new stack.

I am very impressed with the overall quality of work, as well with everyone I met. They were able to resolve an ongoing issue that other plumbers have looked at before (and took my money) but never truly fixed.

I will definitely be using Bridge City Sewers for all my plumbing needs in the future...

Scott and Bridge City Sewers are THE company to trust for plumbing and sewer jobs. I would give them 20 stars if possible. I am willing to bet money that there isn't a better sewer company in Pittsburgh or even Pennsylvania.

My wife and I bought a house and experienced a backup into our basement with 6" of water and raw sewage. This caused a total loss of our hot water heater and furnace. We had no heat or hot water for over a week when it was extremely cold and even snowed. When we had trouble finding a plumber who could make it out same day because of all of the flash flooding, my wife found Bridge City Sewers on Thumbtack. Scott took the time to explain what our options were and even sent someone out to try and clear our blockage at 9PM that night. We ended up having to replace our entire exterior service line which involved excavation and the bill amount was higher than we could have anticipated. Scott and his team were EXTREMELY professional and got the work done faster than we expected due to the nature of the damage. Scott made sure we did not freeze to death--that's what counts. Not only that, but they were also very down-to-earth and patient as we paid off our balance. Our homeowner's insurance did not cover everything, and we had nearly $10,000 out of pocket. Scott was very patient with us making a few payments and didn't harass us for the balance to be paid. Scott was very transparent and explained our options and is very trustworthy. We will ONLY hire Scott and Bridge City Sewers for any sewer related service. Hands down they are an amazing company and worth every penny. They helped us through a very hard time as new homeowners and their work is exceptional.

Any more, simply getting someone to respond is a major accomplishment.  Bridge City Sewers not only responded, but they did it quickly and came out to give me a quote within a week of contact.   I didn't have to wait months for them to schedule the work.  In fact - they had to wait on me (well the township).  They showed up and showed up on time.  The quality of the work they did was top notch - they finished everything in half a day when I thought it take at least a day if not longer.  100% would recommend and would use them again.

I unfortunately do not have before pictures.  The first thing they did was to replace the knob to control the water source coming into the house and re run the pipe.  The knob was starting to leak as was the pipe.  Not to mention it was simply hanging off the wall - not secured.  I couldn't believe how quickly they completed the knob replacement so the township could turn the water back on to the house.  Barely 10 minutes. The township just waited after turning off the water to turn it back on and didn't have to make a separate trip.

The second thing they did was the pipe that went from my kitchen sink to ....I guess it is the sewer line.....was not done properly by the previous owners.  There wasn't enough drop for things from the sink to drain properly.  It was causing backups and clogs.  Bridge City Sewers re ran the pipe (pvc in the picture) to ensure proper drop.  They also replaced the original steel sewer pipe with PVC.  That was also starting to wear at the elbow and a leak was in my future...
