If you are in need of a new roof I highly recommend AR Roofing & Remodeling.  From the very first phone call, Albert and his team kept in constant contact all the way through the process of my roof being replaced.

It all began with a terrible hail and wind incident in June 2024.  The day the insurance adjuster inspected my roof, AR Roofing was also present. Once my insurance company approved a new roof, AR Roofing took over and guided me through the entire process.

My roof was scheduled to be replaced September 11 - 13, 2024.  Albert from AR Roofing came to my house on 9/8 to removed a couple of fence panels so their lift machine was able to get into my back yard.  The dumpster arrived the morning before work began.  On Wednesday, his crew arrived and started prepping my home for the new roof.  The covered the windows with sheets of lauan plywood, placed tarps over my shrubs and flowers and they even bubble wrapped my vinyl porch railings.

The first day they removed the shingles from the front half of my house and by the end of the day, that first half was totally finished.  AR Roofing also sent me a link so I could see regular photo updates as the work progressed each day.  At the end of first day, the crew cleaned up the mess from the day.

Day two, the crew arrived and again prepped the back of my home with the sheets of lauan plywood over the windows and doors, laid tarps over my concrete patio and bubble wrapped the vinyl railing for the basement.  They drove their lift machine to the back of my house to catch the shingles as they removed them (Very steep back roof).  As it neared the end of the day they were almost completed with the job so they decided to stay and get it finished.  By the time they got everything cleaned up it was after 8PM.

This morning I went outside to look at the finished roof and it’s absolutely beautiful. AR Roofing does not cut corners and they do a tremendous job.  What I can’t get over is how clean my property is. After 50 squares of shingles (15,000 nails) were taken off my roof and another 50 squares of shingles (15,000 nails) were replaced, I only found one nail in a hanging flower basket.  The lengths they go to make sure your property is completely free of all debris just blows my mind.  As for my fence panels, Albert showed up a little after 8AM and had my fence all back together.

From the very first meeting with AR Remodeling, I knew I was in good hands. Even before meeting anyone in person, their estimator impressed me by being on my roof, sharing a timeline camera link that included blueprints and detailed photos of every part of the roof. Unlike other estimators who might just take a quick look, he thoroughly inspected both my house and garage for a full 45 minutes.

He didn't just highlight the issues; he explained what each facing part indicated about potential problems underneath. His estimate was clear and thorough, and he took the refreshing approach of quoting a worst-case scenario cost with the assurance that if things were better than expected, the final invoice could be less. It’s rare to find such honesty and transparency in this industry.

The dedication of AR Remodeling's team was evident even during the estimation stage on a particularly hot day. The estimator mentioned that he paid his crew bonuses for working in such conditions, which spoke volumes about how they value their workers. In a casual conversation, I learned he was a veteran, and that, along with his local roots, fairness, and straightforwardness, made me feel confident in supporting his business. I hired AR Remodeling on the spot.

Within two weeks, the crew started work on the following Monday. They arrived bright and early at 6 am, meticulously tarping everything and unloading their tools and supplies. They were like busy bees, working tirelessly until 7:30 pm that day. By the next afternoon, they had completed the job and cleaned up so well that it was hard to tell they had been there.

The walk-through was seamless, and the quality of their work was absolutely gorgeous. Although AR Remodeling's estimate was on the higher end compared to others I received, their attention to detail and upfront communication made every penny worth it. I can't recommend them enough.
