Smart Choice Construction did a wonderful job of removing our old wood deck and constructing a new Timbertech composite deck. From start to finish, we found Dimitri to be very straightforward and accurate in his assessment of the work that needed to be done. We received a quick and very competitively priced estimate for our project, and Dimitri patiently and courteously answered our questions before we signed the contract. The project started within the time frame that he had outlined, and was finished with minimal delays and great results. Dimitri was on site working with his crew throughout the project. We are very pleased with our new deck! We are also appreciative of Dimitri and his crew's attention to detail and safety considerations for our family. We had a wonderful experience with Dimitri and his company Smart Choice Construction!  He was so responsive to any query txt We sent, and remained professional always!  Once he understood what we wanted, his plans to achieve our goal were clear, and well drawn out.
He was very accommodating when we enlarged our patio, from the original design. His pricing is very very fair, and came in 30-50% less than the 2 other companies we had bids from. He and his crew were always on time, and respectful of our space, there were 2 delays (1-3 days) but always due to supply issues and Dimitri always called to explain why they would not be coming over.  The quality of the work was also outstanding.. we have a new 2nd story deck, patio, and shed( underneath the deck). We couldn’t be happier with our new outdoor space...
