I recently had the pleasure of working Paramount Home Solutions regarding an insurance claim for a  total roof replacement and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and professional.
Moses, in particular, was an incredible resource throughout the project. His knowledge and expertise were evident from our first meeting, and he took the time to answer all of my questions and explain the claims process. He spoke with the my insurance company and provided them with detailed descriptions and accurate photos in order for my claim to be quickly approved.
Not only was Moses knowledgeable, but he was also incredibly responsive and attentive. He kept me updated every step of the way, ensuring that everything stayed on schedule. His dedication to customer satisfaction was clear, and he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the final result.
The quality of the work itself was outstanding. The crew was professional, efficient, and took great care in their work. My new roof looks fantastic, and I have complete confidence in its durability and longevity.

Paramount really set the bar high when it came to delivering on their promises. From the beginning, Ryan Dickerson was on top of every step with helping me deal with my homeowners insurance. There was no getting the run around, and always answered his phone when I had a question. Installation was incredible and the crew were pros. Clean up was A+. Just a great reliable company that deserves this review...

I highly recommend Paramount Home Solutions for roofing replacement/repair needs. Antonio Bongiovanni and Joe were extremely professional from the very initial meeting and throughout the process. They addressed and explained in detail all my questions and concerns. The Paramount team arrived on schedule time and started working immediately. Both Joe and Antonio were on site to oversee the job. Chris also stopped by during the day to check on how the job was progressing. The roofing team was excellent and meticulous in their workmanship. Upon completion of the job I was amazed on how the team worked to clean up all the debris. If someone did not see the work in progress during the day one would not have known a roof was replaced due to how well the cleanup was done. However, they would have noticed the extremely beautiful  new roof!
The proposal and delivery by Paramount was exceptional.

Our experience with Paramount was excellent. We had to work through an insurance claim and Paramount's representative (Nick) provided great guidance through the whole process. The work was performed when scheduled and we are very pleased with the results of the new roof. The roofing crew was great - prompt, courteous and efficient.  Nick provided follow up to ensure our satisfaction with the work.  I would highly recommend Paramount for your next roofing job...
