I am beyond thrilled with my experience with Doing It Right Roofing Siding and Remodeling, LLC! Initially, I had scheduled my roof replacement with another company, but after speaking with Zachary Elliott, Sales and Installation Consultant at Doing It Right, I decided to get a quote from them as well. I’m so glad I did! Not only was their quote thousands of dollars less for the same work, but Zach was also incredibly knowledgeable and answered all of my questions with patience and professionalism.

I knew exactly what I wanted—a roof replacement using Owens Corning TruDefinition Duration shingles in Peppercorn, and a specific date for the job. Zach worked with me to meet both of these requests, and although there was a minor delay in follow-up communication, everything came together perfectly. Brianna Marutiak, the Administrative Assistant, was also very helpful in ensuring that I received the necessary information and coordinating everything for my project.

On the day of the installation, the crew of five arrived early and worked efficiently from 7:30 AM until 6 PM, only taking short breaks to hydrate. They laid down large drop cloths around the house, and although the dumpster arrived late, the team still cleaned up exceptionally well, leaving my yard almost spotless. Matt Kelley, the Field Supervisor, was amazing to work with, too. He kept me informed every step of the way, patiently explained technical details, and resolved any issues that came up quickly and professionally.

One thing I especially appreciated was the meticulous cleanup. The team even used a metal magnet to pick up all the nails around the house. Additionally, a dog gate that was accidentally damaged during the process is being replaced, as Matt insisted on making it right.

For those considering Doing It Right, it’s important to know that the financing they offer through Dollar Bank comes in the form of a credit card. Also, if you choose to pay with a credit card, Doing It Right has a 5% fee through their third-party payment processing group.

The entire team—from Zach to Matt, to the work crew—went above and beyond to ensure that my roof was replaced efficiently and correctly, all in just one day! I highly recommend Doing It Right Roofing to anyone looking for high-quality roofing work. Thank you all for an excellent experience...

We'd highly recommend doing it right roofing. They made the whole process pleasant from the very beginning,  at the estimate appointment.  We got multiple estimates, and we liked everything with doing it right roofing, from the people we encountered, the honest information given to us, the warranty, and the price. Although weren't the lowest estimate we got, used the best named products, with a great warranty for the price offered.
Matt Kelley and his crew came in, on time, & got right to it. Had it all down within 8 hours. Very fast, efficient, yet great work & our roof looks amazing. Cleaned up like they weren't even here...

Yesterday (6/14) had my new replaced by these men and can't say enough on how they worked..fast effective..started about 730 am and by noon it was completed. 6 men just killed it..so impressive how they got the job done..split level home so pretty much an up and down roof..but still..50 yr. Guaranteed..lifetime work..price was the best of maybe 4 other companies. 12 mon.free financing..highly recommen...
