The technician Jeremy was amazing! He quickly diagnosed the issue, replaced and fixed what was needed and literally saved me thousands of dollars. He was kind, punctual, patient, professional and went above and beyond. I will only use this company foregoing for my plumbing needs. OH, and the best part, they handle HVAC systems so of course enrolled in the $15 monthly member fee because I feel I can trust them to maintain my home and not over charge. Also if you don't need something they will NOT try to sell it to you! Beyond thrilled and relieved I used this company! Thank you guys so much...

They sent a technician the first day I called.   Unfortunately our water heater could not be fixed, it was 11 years old - 4 years past warranty and not even up to code.   Had to wait to get it replaced from electric to gas since it is a busy time which is inconvenient but not unexpected!   And it wasn't even a week later....Joe came out when promised, early in the morning.   He explained everything and set up things the way I asked.  When the job was done, which he completed in about 5 hours all by himself (included replacing some pipes too) he explained things to me again.   The water is a GREAT temperature now and we get 2 free inspections, 6 year warranty at no extra cost!!    Doing great here now, hope to have the unit for a long time with our house! I would recommend HL Bowman to anyone.   From  estimate to job completion the entire experience was fantastic (I had new bathtub fixtures put in to replace the 22 year old originals). Professional, clean and knowledgeable.   The price was great too.   I had the same done on another bathtub done a few years back and I paid much more then.  I'll definitely be calling them again for some more pluming upgrades...

Awesome same-day experience with Bowman, dealing with a gnarly garbage disposal problem that ground our kitchen plumbing to a halt.  Everyone at Bowman was a pleasure to deal with - our tech Jeremy in particular was outstanding. Within hours of initially contacting Bowman, Jeremy was packing up having solved our issue (and leaving the place cleaner than he found it).  Highly recommended...
