Today we had, DJ, Jake and the whole crew from Sullivan Super Service replace our HVAC system. They were awesome! The whole team was incredibly professional and polite, and they worked together so well. They worked downstairs, outside and in my living room and you hardly knew they were there. Started at 9 and finished at 4, just as they promised!  I’m so glad I became a customer of Sullivan Super Service! Incredible craftsmanship...

In April, I received a call from a tenant that needed a new hot water tank. I went to the property and replaced the tank but the tank never heated. I was leaving town that Friday so I called Sullivan Super Service to remedy the issue. Sullivan came to inspect the tank and reported that the element in the new tank was cracked and sent a picture of the shiny new element with a quote of over $550 to replace. I replied that I couldn't see the crack and asked them send a more clear picture. I got the picture of the clearly cracked element, which I believe was, from the old water tank that was still on site from my repair. I lost confidence in Sullivan at that point and refused the repair. I sent my personal maintenance tech over the next day and when he turned the water on, he found 2 holes drilled in the bottom of the tank. He had no incentive to do this as we've been working together for years and he went to Home Depot to purchase a new tank out of his own pocket to save the day. The tenant reported that nobody was in the home between the time Sullivan left and the time that my tech arrived. Also note that I know my tenant did not have a drill as she asked to use mine to make a repair on her landscaping trailer while I was at the house initially. Took Sullivan to the magistrate and got a judgement against them...
