New review! As our carpet was drying, brown spots started showing up. By morning, it was horrible. We are having a open house tomorrow. My husband had to go get a reg scrubber and rescrub our carpet.  Her are before and after my husband rescrubbed our carpet...

Update--its been 6 months since we had Stanley Steemer clean the living room carpet and the first time we got the bathroom title done. All I can say is WOW!! The titles look AMAZING and super clean. The living room wasn't as bad as the 1st time. Dave communicated between themselves and me. They made sure that we were completely happy with their work. Getting the carpet cleaned helps keep the allergens at bay and helps control asthma attacks. Would TOTALLY recommend them. The new before and after pictures are the last 5 photos.

When Justin and Garrett showed up, they introduced themselves and put on shoe covers. That was awesome. They are so easy to get along with and they answered any and all questions that I had.

Before moving in almost 3 years ago, I asked our landlord if the air ducts and carpets were ever cleaned. She wasn't 100% sure and Justin said they were never done. I absolutely appreciated that they walked through every step they were going to do. They also went over what I ordered. They did inform me of the upgrade and they did not pressure me at all.

After thinking about it and knowing spring is now here that makes mine my mother's asthma and allergies worse, I did do the upgrade. Yes, it is a expensive but with all that it entails, I'm so happy that I made the upgrade. The furnace won't have to work so hard and we can breathe so much easier.

Then, they tackled the carpets. They look so great. The best part, they smell so clean. Having a special needs kitty, she has issues using the litter box. The house smells so refreshing. FYI, I did put a rug protector down to protect the hard work that Justin and Garrett did.

I will be getting my carpets cleaned again next year and asking for Justin and Garrett again. They worked so hard and was a big job. At the end, they made sure we were completely satisfied. We couldn't be happier.

Jacob and Jared from Stanley Steemer cleaned  the carpets in my whole house. They were on time,  professional, friendly and very quick. They did a walk-through before they started and we talked about any stains That they may not be able to remove and What to do the next day to help the carpets dry. The price was great and the technicians were even better. I would highly recommend Stanley Steemer...

Dom was punctual and informative when arriving to clean our carpet. He offered his knowledge in how we can get more from our cleaning including a protection after the clean. He also sent photos to my cell after cleaning as requested! I’ll continue to use you in the future.
