MHI came out the same day I made the first contact. Christian inspected the entire roof, took pictures of the damage, and explained everything that needed to be done. He showed me the materials that were going to be used, how each thing worked, and why. He was thorough, considerate, friendly, and professional. He gave me several options to choose from regarding the type of work and costs. Christian knows his stuff when it comes to roofs!

Thanks to Bella especially, and others for being friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable customer service representatives.

Thanks to Steve (project manager), and Jordan and Fabian (roof crew) for doing an excellent job on my partial roof replacement. It looks great! I'm very happy with their work. They cleaned up everything afterward and ran a magnet over the yard a few times to make sure all the nails were picked up.

And last, but certainly not least, a big thank you to Jay at Supreme Trailer Rentals (dumpster trailer) for being so friendly, and making customer service his top priority.

I highly recommend MHI for all of your roof repair and replacement needs. You won't be sorry. Everyone involved in the project made me feel good about their work, professionalism, and customer relations...

So far I've had an inspection and have gotten a great quote worth the money,  Christian was the first to stop by, he did the inspection and showed me the results. He also showed me the different materials they'd be using as well as the working of a roof and what will be needed. He was extremely professional and well mannered. He did a very thorough inspection which I am glad they did as they noticed much more issues with my roof. I went ahead and decided to agree on a quote and have had great communication with MHI. I had something changed on my end so another guy needed to come out to sign off the quote. This one was George and he was also extremely well mannered and professional. He was quick at his work and great communication...

Kyler Abel came to do our roof inspection and we couldn’t be more pleased. He was very knowledgeable and walked us through the processes that MHI would use to fix our roof. He did a full inspection, including inspecting our attic. He was not pushy at all and explained all their materials and processes that will be used and pricing options. He used photos and videos to document the issues we are having and explained what was causing them and how they would be fixed. Overall a very good experience...
