All the staff was patient with answering any and all questions.  Jarod, the inspector, educated us at length about the roofing process, including the necessity of adequate ventilation, and what MHI had to offer.  Gerardo, our first project manager, went above and beyond with his patience, doing any task he could do to ensure our needs were met, and made us comfortable expressing concerns or asking questions, answering all questions thoroughly.  Steve, our second project manager was also kind, patient and pleasant.  The roofing staff were some of the hardest working people we have ever seen, working diligently and with excellence for long hours.  The clean up was also excellent.   We are very happy with the roofing job and would highly recommend this company to someone needing a roof...

If you are Interested and needing a roof or roofing repairs, you need to at least hear out MHI, Cooper came to the house after we were looking for an estimate, see what we are going to be looking into as this was a first big home project for us, we had another contractor come out and we weren’t very comfortable with what that company was all about, was very pressured and he didn’t even know we didn’t have gutters, after his supposed inspection. But With MHI there Guy Cooper was extremely thorough and professional, really was knowledgeable and helped with all the questions we had. He was who we felt we needed to be working with for our home needs.

We had Alex & his crew and they were extremely thorough and professional and did an outstanding job. We are pleased with the whole process from the estimate and the moments of getting information on the progress of supplies, down to the day of the job. Every concern/ question was answered. Loved how we  got updates throughout the day. Everything was carefully taken care of down to the clean up at the very end.We highly appreciate and fully recommend MHI!!...

This week we had our large very steep roof replaced and the service from start to finish was  above and beyond our expectations. Our project manager Gerardo was instrumental to the entire success of the project. From start to finish his communication with us was excellent. He was on site all day every day with his incredible team of hard workers. When any minor issues arose, he quickly solved them professionally and kept us in the loop. He was not afraid to jump off on that roof and help out the team and went above and beyond what we expected. His team worked tirelessly for three days 12+ hours a day. We have a very difficult property involving pools and decks, and there was not a single mark left anywhere. Thanks to this incredible team and their project manager for making this a great experience for us. I highly recommend MHI Roofing for any roofing issues you may have...
