MHI came out the same day I made the first contact. Christian inspected the entire roof, took pictures of the damage, and explained everything that needed to be done. He showed me the materials that were going to be used, how each thing worked, and why. He was thorough, considerate, friendly, and professional. He gave me several options to choose from regarding the type of work and costs. Christian knows his stuff when it comes to roofs!

Thanks to Bella especially, and others for being friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable customer service representatives.

Thanks to Steve (project manager), and Jordan and Fabian (roof crew) for doing an excellent job on my partial roof replacement. It looks great! I'm very happy with their work. They cleaned up everything afterward and ran a magnet over the yard a few times to make sure all the nails were picked up.

And last, but certainly not least, a big thank you to Jay at Supreme Trailer Rentals (dumpster trailer) for being so friendly, and making customer service his top priority.

I highly recommend MHI for all of your roof repair and replacement needs. You won't be sorry. Everyone involved in the project made me feel good about their work, professionalism, and customer relations...

I regret ever scheduling an appointment with MHI. From the start, they relied on scare tactics to exaggerate problems and pressure me into their overpriced services. They blatantly lied about the attic ventilation, despite four reputable companies confirming that my home had proper airflow. They also misrepresented acceptable wood moisture levels, claiming it should be close to 0%—a completely unrealistic standard. In reality, healthy wood moisture falls between 5–20%, and mine was at a perfectly safe 6%.
Their salesperson endlessly praised their supposedly "superior" proprietary products yet couldn't answer basic technical questions to back up their claims. They also use shingles I've never heard of—not name-brand products—raising serious concerns about quality and longevity.
Worst of all was their lack of professionalism. I scheduled a 90-minute time slot and informed them I had a hard stop at two hours. The inspection took so long that 90 minutes in, I had to go hunt down the salesperson in their truck to remind them of my timeline.
Then came the outrageous pricing. Their bid was nearly 2.5 times higher than the next highest quote—a whopping $20,000 more! After gathering four quotes, I saw that three were comparable, making MHI’s pricing even more absurd.
Bottom line: I would never hire MHI or even allow them back into my home. Do yourself a favor and check their reviews beyond Google before you consider them...

The entire process was efficient and professional.  They protected my property and totally cleaned up... Couldn't even tell they were here.  The supervisors, Jake and Rony were totally involved with the work.  Jake kept me posted throughout the job work updates on the job being done. Not sure they could have done anything more.  I'm very impressed and will recommend MHI Roofing to anyone needing a new, beautiful roof...
