Buccos did an amazing job on our James Hardie siding. Jack, our Project Manager, was in constant contact throughout the whole project. They meticulously planned the project, sent regular milestone updates, and even set up a site with pictures showcasing the ongoing progress. The open communication made the project go smoothly. I'd like to start by stating that this review is coming from the perspective of a former employee, not a customer. That being said, I have 11 years in the industry and have worked with and for numerous different companies throughout the east coast of the United States. Throughout my career in this industry I can honestly say that I have never before worked with a company quite like Buccos. This company is a family from their sub crews to the ownership team every single individual in the company respects and honors one another like brothers and sisters. Their attention to detail, proficiency in what they do and customer service is top notch like none other. This company is by far the best roofing company in Pennsylvania, possibly in the US. If you're looking to get a roof done and you're on the fence about which company to use, 100% just go with Buccos. And for any roofers out there that are looking for a job and are going through reviews of the companies their potentially looking to apply at. Let this be the last review you look at. As long as Buccos is hiring, you should 100% jump on the opportunity to be a part of their family. It saddens me that I'm unable to continue working with Buccos, but I'll always feel like I'm a part of the Buccos family. They are an amazing company with amazing individuals that love what they do and do their best to be the best. Buccos Roofing completed 4 of our condominium buildings roofs in October 2023. They were responsive and very easy to deal with during the sales cycle. One of the reasons we hired them was they were Platinum Certified by Owens Corning and they used the Owens Corning Roofing System. The installers were extremely professional. The project manager communicated with me throughout the project and they had an internet link for us to see their progress with camera and drone photos. The crew worked very hard and stayed late when necessary, and cleaned up the worksite every night before leaving the property. Prior to moving to the next building, they thoroughly cleaned up the site. We were very satisfied with the entire process from start to finish!
