We used Always Perfect for a full roof replacement. This included installing new vents, skylight, gutters, and a complete re-decking. Zach was fantastic to work with. His team was very professional and did a great job at each stage of getting our roof replaced. Zach was also very helpful and patient answering our questions. He even was able to address a few small side projects that we asked him to include in the quote which was great! Our project had a few small curveballs, but he handled them really well and we couldn’t be happier...

We had a company completely screw up our roof (shingle over flat which is deranged behavior, bad lay job, no rake edge, poor flashing, didn’t replace damaged wood etc) and Always Perfect came through to replace our front portion (nothing on the back end could really be screwed up). I got a fair price in comparison to other well respected contractors and everything was handled professionally, honest, and with plenty of relevant communication. They took their time to do the shingles, rubber portions, and drip edge the right way. They were honest about a brick chimney that needs to be removed and made sure it was waterproofed until that could be handled. I was never hassled for money and the crew was respectful and cleaned up exceptionally well. I will absolutely use them in the future and will recommend them to others with my whole chest.

The work completed was done to my high standards with careful attention to quality. The entire roof was done in one day and that includes removing the old roof, laying down OBS over existing wood, lining the box gutters and putting down the new Owens Corning shingles. The color looks great with the red brick and trim...

Zach at Always Perfect Contracting came out to our house to assess some wind damage and replace a chimney cap that blew off our roof. He was able to build a custom cap and install it for a reasonable rate. Throughout the process he was communicative about costs and timing. It’s hard to find good contractors these days and I’m glad we found him! Looking at the new cap, I don’t think we will have any wind related issues anymore...
