Professional company, individual was on time, personable, and had quality identifying materials so we knew he was from Mast. Did a thorough inspection, with photos, of the roof. Recommended repair on the chimney area, which we'll take care of. Would definitely use Mast again in the future if needed. Reliable and trustworthy, this company is a great choice for your roofing and gutter needs!
I inquired about a flat roof on one building that needs aluminum repairs and a gutter that needs to be replaced on another roof.
They were timely, courteous, and communicative through everything, and the rep, Chris Lucas, was accommodating, professional, and open about everything that:
1. need to be done.
2. may need to be done
3. could be done down the road and to keep an eye on it.
Even when the weather was less than ideal, Chris maintained a positive attitude and adapted to the situation.

Very happy with Mast Roofing. Always best to go with a reputable company for your roof. We had a very minor issue about 18 months after install and they came out immediately. Working with Chris to come up with a strategy on the repairs needed to my specialized tile roof, was beyond exemplary.  Not many companies have the experience Mast does with this roofing system and Chris was instrumental in finding solutions, like removing the existing tile over the garage pent roof to be used for the various repairs on the main roof, so the repairs used the same color and didn't scream that it was a repair. They don't make these terracotta tiles anymore (mine look like cedar shake), so cannibalizing the garage roof was the perfect call. Now we have extra for future fixes. The new asphalt section is barely noticeable from the street that it's different from the main roof.  Thank you to Chris and the rest of the team they were such a pleasure to have working on the house.  The pride they all took in their jobs was clearly evident...
