What a great company to work with on our 1801 house! Shannon Clark, the project manager, was either on site or answered my questions/concerns promptly. She was keen to address installation details, such as getting shorter nails for the porch roof so as not to have them break through the original ceiling. Punch list items were agreed upon and completed to our satisfaction. After two past house roof jobs resulting in damaged gardens it was wonderful that ours were protected and clean-up was wonderful! At the beginning of the process, Mike Stefani, our sales person, explained the process & terms, answered my questions and updated the contract to include all the details I needed to ensure no confusion during installation. Everyone I dealt with from the company was great and so is my new roof...
