The entire experience with Dreamworx was phenomenal. We went through roughly 5-6 roofing and siding companies, as we wanted a new roof (balancing between shingled and standing seam metal) as well as replacing our stucco’d front of house with vinyl board and batten siding. Surprisingly, there’s not a lot in central PA that offer board and batten vinyl siding. We invited Dreamworx to the conversation and were blown away by the smooth and easy estimation and decision-making process (we had basically asked another competitor to leave when they took 2+ hours of our work day to sell us and then kept asking negotiating the cost with us - I told them give us their final and best instead of basing it on other companies / our knowledge of market cost).
Once we decided to go with Dreamworx, they kept in contact with us, sent text notifications of when they were on their way, uploaded pictures of the work as they went and offered to fix a few dents on the framing of the new skylights they installed without us asking them. They also fixed a few sheets of the exterior wall we knew had previous water damage but was in worse shape then we were aware. The integrity of that work goes a long way! As for the finished job, the crew were excellent and did a great job of cleaning up before they left. As for the results (see attached images), we are grateful for their work and would definitely go with the again for any future work needed! Fantastic crew and work!...

This is the second time in 3 years I have used Dreamworx (2 different homes) and both times have been incredible experiences! I worked with Bryan Briggeman on the first roof replacement. I was single and a first-time homebuyer at the time and Bryan made me feel comfortable while ensuring I understood what was happening throughout the entire process! The installation team the day of the replacement were quick and did a nice job cleaning up.

When I moved to my second home with my now fiancé, we knew we would have to replace the roof so when it was time I knew we would be calling Dreamworx for the job! I called Dreamworx to make an appointment and requested to meet with Bryan again. He was at our house within days to take a look and provide us with a quote. Once again he took the time to explain everything he was seeing and provide his honest opinion on what our roof needed. And once again the installation team was amazing, they worked after hours to get our roof done in one day and did a thorough job cleaning up, especially in the backyard to ensure our 1-year old puppy could safely go out into the yard! We are so happy with the updated look of our home!

Dreamworx saved us from a roofing nightmare. After purchasing a house "as is" (but the disclosure said new roof in 2023), we discovered significant leaks in our living room and den. Yes, a steady stream of water coming into two rooms. Horrifying (especially since the disclosure said new roof in 2023). Charlie and the team responded patiently answering the myriad of questions we had as my husband obtained and compared 4 quotes from local roofing companies. It seemed as though he really cared, and he did! I should add that I was noticing a burnt smell on hot summer days that seemed to be radiating downward from our ceilings. It smelled like old attic. Yuck! Charlie and his team investigated physically and with cameras since our MC ranch home has a roof with only about a foot to three foot pitch to crawl around in... They diagnosed the problem, and when we found that we needed 80 sheets of new plywood instead of the 6 built into the quote, AND a fan system installed, Dreamworx came through again without gouging us. I can't tell you how many other problems were revealed when they removed the shingles and found nothing but rotted wood underneath. They just kept coming back until the job was done perfectly. They communicated (and comforted us) every step of the way. Running a business with integrity, honesty, professionalism and a high level of competency is what they do. We are so glad that we went with Dreamworx. By the way, our interior is completely dry and the smell of our insulation cooking went away immediately, thanx to Dreamworx and their fantastic team of workers...
